Reason

All scripts that are using the FiveM escrow system are linked to a cfx account, this is to protect resources from leakers and people alike. Therefore the script is linked to the account that bought the resource.

How to fix it

1. Try restarting your server, the server may need to be restarted after you have purchased a new script.

2. Make sure that the account that bought the script is the one that owns the server. If you have bought the script on the wrong account, you can transfer it, click here for more details.
3. Make sure that your server artifacts are version 5181 or above. Click here to see more details.
4. Make sure that your OS' time is synced with the world.
